The relevant business or service provider is responsible for fulfilling its orders, bookings, products, and services and for resolving related customer issues.
Order Click may provide a marketplace where customers can discover businesses, products, bookings, and service providers.
The presence of a business or service provider on the Order Click Marketplace does not automatically constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Order Click regarding the quality, safety, legality, availability, or suitability of its products or services.
Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate marketplace information.
Certain Order Click features require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, usage limits, and other applicable conditions may vary according to the selected plan.
Businesses are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan details before completing payment.
Order Click may introduce, modify, discontinue, or replace subscription plans and features from time to time. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable terms and laws.
Order Click may support different payment methods and third-party payment providers.
Businesses are responsible for paying applicable Order Click subscription fees and other charges associated with services they purchase directly from Order Click.
Customer payments for products, bookings, or services offered by participating businesses may be handled by the relevant business or through supported payment solutions, depending on the applicable service configuration.
Third-party payment services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, fees, processing requirements, and privacy policies.
Order Click is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused solely by third-party banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or financial institutions outside our reasonable control.

When users communicate with Order Click through WhatsApp, messages and related information may be processed by Order Click systems as necessary to provide these services.
Availability and functionality of WhatsApp-related features may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, internet connectivity, third-party services, account status, and applicable provider policies.
Order Click cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party communication services.
Users and businesses must use WhatsApp-related functionality in accordance with applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies.
Order Click may provide artificial intelligence and automated features to assist with customer communications, business information, support, and other platform functions.
AI-generated or automated responses are provided for convenience and assistance and may occasionally contain incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
Businesses remain responsible for reviewing important information and ensuring that their products, services, pricing, policies, and customer commitments are accurate.
Order Click does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be error-free or suitable for every business situation.
Order Click may rely on or integrate with third-party services including payment providers, WhatsApp, Meta, Google services, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other technology providers.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Order Click is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or technical failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
All Order Click platform software, technology, branding, designs, graphics, logos, interfaces, and original platform content remain the property of Click & Kick Digital W.L.L. or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users and businesses may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Order Click intellectual property without authorization.
Businesses retain responsibility for and any rights they may have in their own logos, images, product information, trademarks, and other content uploaded to the platform.
By uploading content necessary to operate their business through Order Click, businesses grant Order Click permission to display and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the platform services.
